Annual Report

This page will publish PROVENIQ Foundation’s annual reporting as it becomes available.

Until an annual report is posted, the Foundation provides public disclosures through:

• Program pages and public explainers
• Legal and governance disclosures
• Periodic impact updates when verifiable metrics exist

What will be included (when available)

• Program activity summary
• Aggregate impact metrics (conservative, verifiable)
• Governance and transparency updates
• Financial disclosures consistent with nonprofit reporting norms

Timing

Annual reporting will be posted after internal review and any required audit or regulatory filings.
