PROVENIQ Foundation is in its first operating year. Our technology and programs are built; what remains is the funding to deploy them. Verified service totals and outcome data are not yet available, and we will publish results only after programs operate and the underlying activity can be reviewed.

What We've Accomplished So Far
Documented milestones from our first year — the real, verifiable work of standing up a charity and building its technology. These are activities and facts, not outcome claims.
- Jan 20, 2026 Incorporated as a West Virginia nonprofit corporation in Greenbrier County, organized exclusively for 501(c)(3) charitable purposes.
- Jan 22, 2026 Registered with the West Virginia State Tax Division; this is also the effective date of our federal tax exemption.
- Feb 2026 Federal EIN assigned (41-3376472).
- Mar 5, 2026 Recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) public charity (classification 509(a)(2)) — see our Disclosures & Transparency page and determination letter.
- 2026 Built the core technology platforms — ShelterOS, VetOS, LifeLog, and MAYDAY — ready to deploy to shelters, clinics, and families.
- 2026 Designed and readied the direct-service programs — Homeward Bound, Fix-It Forward, and Lifeline — to launch as funding allows.
- 2026 Adopted a governance framework — bylaws, conflict-of-interest, document-retention, and data-governance policies — published under Governance.
- Next Secure deployment funding, onboard the first West Virginia pilot partners, and file our first Form 990-N after the 2026 fiscal year.

These are status statements, not impact claims. They establish the starting point against which future program activity will be reported.
Organization
West Virginia nonprofit corporation with IRS recognition as a 501(c)(3) public charity.
Operating Stage
First operating year; technology and programs are built and governance is in place. The current focus is securing funding to deploy.
Program Delivery
Our platforms and programs are built and ready to launch. Service totals will be published once funded operations begin and outcomes can be verified.
Annual Reporting
The first annual report will follow the Foundation's initial fiscal year and required internal review.
Future reporting
What We Intend to Measure
When programs begin, reports will distinguish direct service counts from longer-term outcomes and will explain the limits of the available data.
Identification and Reunification
Verified registrations, contact-information checks, lost-pet cases, and documented reunifications.
Preventive Care Access
Partner-confirmed spay/neuter procedures or other preventive services paid for by a Foundation program.
Family Stability
Verified assistance provided to keep companion animals with families during a documented short-term crisis.
Our Approach
What These Metrics Represent
Future metrics will reflect documented activity from Foundation-supported programs. Plans, software development, website traffic, and expressions of interest will not be counted as animals served or families helped.

Partner-confirmed services, completed workflows, restricted-fund spending, and documented outcomes.

Guarantees of outcome, universal applicability, estimates of animals "saved," or economic extrapolations.
Data Integrity & Updates
Our Commitment to Accuracy
We are establishing reporting rules before pilots begin so that future figures have a defined source, review process, and publication date.
Periodic Updates
Each published figure will include a reporting period and an update date.
Privacy Protection
Participant information will be aggregated or de-identified where appropriate.
Validation Process
Material corrections will be dated and explained instead of silently replacing prior claims.
