PROVENIQ Foundation is a West Virginia nonprofit corporation. Federal tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) is pending.
Donations Statement: Donations may not be tax-deductible unless and until tax-exempt status is granted by the IRS.
Financial information and annual reports will be made available as the Foundation progresses through its startup phase.
