PROVENIQ Foundation is a West Virginia nonprofit corporation. Federal tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) has been recognized by the IRS.
Donations Statement: Donations to the PROVENIQ Foundation are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
Financial information and annual reports will be made available as the Foundation progresses through its startup phase.
